Vitamin K2 + D3

I've been using Ashwagandha for a few weeks now and I mainly notice that I remain calmer during stressful moments at work. My head feels less "busy" and I also fall asleep faster in the evenings. No heavy or drowsy feeling, just more stable throughout the day.
